Station 1: Balance Beam (10 minutes):
- Divide the children into small groups and assign each group to a balance beam.
- Instruct the children to walk on the balance beam, keeping their arms out to the sides for balance.

Station 2: Floor Exercises (10 minutes):
- Set up mats in a designated area for floor exercises.
- Teach the children basic gymnastics moves, such as forward rolls, backward rolls, and cartwheels.

Station 4: Ball Toss (10 minutes):
- Provide each child with a soft ball.
- Set up a target area using cones or mats.
- Instruct the children to stand a few feet away from the target and practice throwing the ball towards it.
- Encourage them to aim for the target and try different throwing techniques, such as overhand and underhand throws.
Cool-down (5 minutes):
- Lead the children through a series of gentle stretches to cool down their muscles.
- Emphasize the importance of stretching after physical activity to prevent injuries.
Closure:
- Gather the children together and ask them to share their favorite activity from the lesson.
- Recap the key skills they learned, such as balance, coordination, and flexibility.
- Encourage them to practice these skills at home or during recess.
Note: It is important to ensure the safety of the children during the lesson. Provide proper supervision and modify activities as needed to suit the abilities of the children.
